Integrated management and operating system
We have implemented an integrated management system consisting of management and operational tools that allow us to monitor company activities and positively influence our performance. In accordance with Model 231 (Legislative Decree 231/2001), we have appointed an independent Supervisory Body to ensure proper management of company activities through the definition of a complex set of protocols.
The adoption of the Code of Ethics aims to disseminate the values of fairness, loyalty, integrity, and transparency that must guide the actions and behaviors of those who work for Ares Ambiente.
Adoption of the Model is an optional requirement that we believe will serve as a tool for raising awareness among all those who operate in the name and on behalf of Ares, so that they can adopt correct and consistent behavior in carrying out their activities.
Social responsibility
We are committed to continuously improving our organization’s performance, which is why we undergo third-party audits to certify our compliance with regulations and our ability to fully meet customer needs and expectations.
We want to further improve awareness and engagement with the environment and eco-sustainability among all internal and external stakeholders (employees, suppliers, customers). We also want to ensure external stakeholders (local communities, regulatory bodies, trade associations) comply with applicable mandatory regulations and constantly monitor environmental performance and impacts.
It responds to the need to communicate in a transparent, clear and complete manner the results deriving from the application of the requirements of the SA 8000 standard.
Drafted in compliance with EMAS Regulation (EC) No. 1221/2009 and EU Regulation 2018/2026, it helps raise awareness among the local community and various external stakeholders about our environmental activities, programs, and objectives.
