The piles are there, neat, orderly, silent.
Almost perfect, so much so that you think the only thing to do is do nothing at all.
And instead, here come the means; the first step, in fact, breaks the quiet.
The surface opens, the material rises, changes place.
What was hidden returns to the light, what was above is immersed.
The light of the sun shines on us.
For a moment it seems like chaos, yet it’s not disorder.
It’s a process of transformation.
It’s in that moment that the process truly breathes.
That energy is reactivated. That each element returns to dialogue with the others.
Those who look from the outside see piles being turned.
Those who work there, however, recognize a decisive moment: the moment when nothing is left behind, when everything can become something better.
In our work, here at Ares, the same thing happens.
There are phases where everything seems to work: well-oiled processes, balances achieved, habits consolidated.
Not because something is wrong, but because we know it can be even better.
Reshuffling our values doesn’t mean destroying what’s been achieved.
It means giving it oxygen. Allow it to grow.
To become more solid, more alive, more authentic.
This is how our compost grows.
Through movement, care, and constant evolution.
And this is how we work every day.

While waiting for the next one, try to 𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼: a comparison, an idea, a step taken for granted.
